Eric Gonzalez
Founder and Owner
As the Owner and Founder of Starwell Systems,
Eric is involved in every aspect of the company, from research and development to applying his extensive aviation knowledge to help clients maximize their aircraft operations.
With half a decade of experience in the aviation industry, he brings a practical, hands-on understanding of aircraft maintenance, operations, and engineering-driven problem solving.
He is currently majoring in Aerospace Engineering and Operations Management at the University of Cincinnati and holds an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Cincinnati State.
By combining professional experience with engineering principles, Eric ensures that Starwell Systems delivers solutions grounded in precision, reliability, and operational reality.
As Co-Founder of Starwell Systems, Evan plays a key supporting role within the organization.
While newer to the aviation industry,
his rapidly expanding knowledge and fresh perspective are valuable in brainstorming and developing ideas aimed at improving the experience and safety of aviators nationwide.
In addition to his aviation-focused work, Evan has experience in the construction industry, providing him with a practical understanding of hands-on problem solving, project execution,
and real-world constraints. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management from the University of Cincinnati, Evan brings a strong focus on risk assessment and mitigation,
helping ensure that Starwell Systems’ products and solutions are designed with safety, reliability, and durability at the forefront.
